What does the role involve? As part of the SIG Building Solutions National Sales Team, you will work closely with a multitude of internal stakeholders to ensure a strong, consistent approach to securing and processing orders within the business development and pricing strategy. You will manage and promote commercial relationships with existing clients whilst identifying and developing further new business opportunities, developing working solutions and securing specifi cations with architects/specifi ers and increasing both product and brand awareness. You will work closely with the Category and Brand Directors to produce the budget and sales plan for the region and look to exploit our full product offering from both our key supply chain and own manufactured products. You will also maintain a full awareness of competitors, through key account managers information and networking, as well as identifying and secure all project work within the region. About you You will have proven experience in sales and specifi cation and be able to forge strong working relationships with all stakeholders. You will be commercially aware, be a confi dent decision maker, effective communicator and possess strong negotiation skills. The role is a fi eld based role with extensive travel.
