Dave Burgess of Concrete Repairs Ltd (CRL) has been elected chair of the UK Concrete Repair Association (CRA).

David, who has been deputy chair for two years, becomes the 14th individual to chair the association, taking over from Weber’s Tony Hansard.

David commented: “My aim is to increase the number of clients and specifiers that demand their concrete repair projects be carried out by CRA members.

“Far too many such refurbishment schemes are carried out by non-specialist companies, resulting in standards of workmanship well below that provided by CRA members.”
